Can I purchase from you directly?

Yes, you can! It is possible to organise a direct purchase via email or phone call. Contact me on 0438890456. Alternatively my art is available via two online websites, Bluethumb and Etsy. Follow the links under my shop.

I do my best to accurately describe and photograph my artworks to the best of my ability.

Please keep in mind that monitors do vary and therefore there may be slight variations in texture, tone and colour.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me within 10 days of receiving it.

I provide refunds once the artwork is returned to me in the original condition I sent it in.

Return shipping and postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Are we able to view the painting before purchase?

I am happy to do a zoom, video or you can book an appointment to visit the studio.

Shipping

Paintings are shipped from Australia normally within 1 to 7 business days.
I post via Australian Post or via Pack and Send.
International customers are welcome.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs incurred.
I am shipping from Australia and Packages may take up to two to three weeks to arrive to other parts of the world.

I will not ship the item until your address is confirmed.

Can I share images of your work?

Please feel free to share my work via instagram, twitter or facebook with credit.

All artwork and images of my artwork are the sole property of Fiona Hill and may NOT be used or reproduced in any way for profit without permission.
